How much time do I need to finalize this program?

Once you enroll in our Locksmith Certification Course, you can start studying straight away and it’s really up to you how fast you can complete the program. The program covers 60 hours of online tuition and training and you can set your own pace when you study. The majority of our students complete the course within 4-8 weeks from the day of enrolment and become a fully qualified locksmith certified by the International Locksmiths Association.

However, not all necessary tools have to be purchased and as part of your training we’ll show you tutorials on how to manufacture your own entry tools from materials available at most hardware stores. You can simply use small drills, bicycle spokes, hooks, tweezers, wires with the appropriate diameter and so on.

After the final test, you will obtain a Locksmith Diploma and Certificate which will allow you to become a licensed and registered locksmith with the International Locksmiths Association. As part of our program and your tuition fees, you will automatically become a member (i.e. “Registered Certified Locksmith”) with the International Locksmiths Association. The membership is worth $300 but it will be waived for you for 2 years after you pass the final exam and your initial registration.
